Shout out to Arthur, what a kind man! Arthur arrived within 30 minutes of my roadside assistance request and was ready to help immediately. Arthur tested my old battery, replaced it and showed me the stats of the new battery. I appreciate all your help :)
my friend and I were leaving a drive thru and one of the employees were so impatient and rude at us. they literally honked at us for not turning onto incoming traffic?? we’re all going to the same direction be so for real.
I locked my keys in the car and Wells helped me out! They arrived within 30 minutes and unlocked my car quickly. The staff that I interacted with was friendly and kind. I would recommend Wells roadside if you ever get stuck.
Great service and extremely fast; would highly recommend. Our car battery died and Wells was dispatched from our insurance company. The driver arrived within 15 minutes and replaced the battery in no time.

Nate from Wells Road Service was our hero last night! We tried jumping our car, but our charger didn't work. Two passersby helped with a jump and borrowing longer cables, to no avail. It was then time to call our insurance. My insurance said it'd be 45 to 75 minutes, but Nate actually arrived only 15-20 minutes later. He was able to quickly discover the problem and was able to do the service right then and there. He tested our battery and explained our issue, and reassured us that the service was guaranteed for 30 months. He was also fun to chitchat with while he did his work, to help relieve my worries. We were dreading a failed starter or alternator problems, requiring a tow and more time. Thank you, Wells Road Service, and Nate in particular! You guys saved us so much time, frustration, and costs by coming to our rescue. I highly, highly recommend 👌

Needed a tow, arranged via Geico. I called as soon as they were assigned to make sure they could do it. My car was stuck in the garage accessible only through an alley that of course has not been cleared of snow and ice by the city. The dispatcher who answered had an attitude. They said they would send someone out despite telling me that they don’t enter alleys because they’re afraid of getting stuck themselves. The ETA passes and I’m contacted by Geico 1.5hrs after the request. Apparently they made it to my location, tried contacting me, but after looking at the alley, decided they were not capable of completing the job. They tried calling ONCE from an out of state number. Who the fluff answers an unknown number? My phone doesn’t even ring for an unknown number the first time. And what business gives up after one call? What CHICAGO based towing service gives up over a little snow? To be clear, my PRIUS can handle what was left in the alley. Even in its hampered state. Thank goodness Geico followed up and thank goodness for professionals that get the job fluffing done. I was able to arrange another tow with CRV Towing. They are wonderful! Friendly, courteous, and job completed quickly with ZERO issues.
This place was great. Staff is super friendly. Got a flat tire down the street and happened upon this place. I'm from a different neighborhood on the other side of the city, so was bummed when they said they didn't have the necessary tire in stock and i might have to leave it there and wait until Monday. I was attempting to rearrange my work schedule, kids stuff, ride home, etc to see how I could leave the car and come back on Monday. There's no way I could've driven it anywhere else. The staff heard my plight (as I'm calling a million different people to pick up my kids, get to work, etc), and they were able to arrange to get a tire from another facility and put it on. ALL IN UNDER 2 HOURS!!!!! This business literally saved the day. I cannot recommend them enough. Price is comparable with what you would pay at any shop in the city. Thank you to the entire team for saving the day!!!! (& ON the Friday before Christmas weekend too).
